Project description: A $500 million professional football stadium including a 200,000 square foot Exhibition Center, 2,000-car parking garage, & a 72,000-seat Stadium on a 35-acre urban site previously occupied by the Kingdome.  Site improvements included street improvements for approximately 2,400 lineal feet of adjacent public streets & several plazas with public art installations.  Utility work included a private 8-inch fire water service main with redundant connections to the public water main, a private 8-inch fire service for the dry standpipe system, approximately 1,700 feet of public and private storm drain, and ductbanks for the primary electrical service with redundant connections to separate substations. Sea-Tac Airport Expansion- Seattle, Washington

Project Description*:  $250 million passenger terminal expansion on a 22-acre site.  Site improvements included relocation of 1,400 feet of the cargo and ground transportation access road with runoff water quality treatment, retaining walls, and a ground transportation parking lot.  Utility work included relocation of existing 12- and 24-inch water mains and installation of new 12-inch water mains (2100 ft); storm drainage (5100 ft) and industrial waste systems (2700 ft) with pump stations; sanitary sewers (2300 ft). click here for an article about this project on the Port of Seattle website   Services*:   • Complete Civil Design • Worked closely w/Port of Seattle staff throughout project to ensure coordination of complex phasing and operational issues with several concurrent projects.  • Design phasing maintained existing infrastructure without compromising existing airport operations.    *Civil work was performed under subcontract to principal engineering consultant firm Skilling, Ward, Magnusson, Barkshire - Seattle, WA

Everett Arena - Everett Washington

Northwest Airlines Hangar and Cargo Facility at SeaTac International Airport, Washington
